Roles and Responsibilities

Hands on Experience on Automation Testing
Experience with Agile/Scrum Methodologies
Identifying the Target Test Items to be evaluated by the test effort
Defining the appropriate tests required and any associated Test Data
Gathering and managing the Test Data
Evaluating the outcome of each test cycle
Writing Test scenario, Test cases, Requirement Traceability Matrix
Develop automated test scripts using automation tool.(Selenium, Katalon Studio)
Good to have Knowledge of API Testing
Execute automated test scripts.
Record problems and issues in accordance with the project's problem and issue management plans.
Document defects using the projects defect management tools.
Participate in the release control process (when the application is transferred from the build team to the (test team) to ensure that solutions meet business requirements.
Inform the test lead of any issues that may affect the schedule, budget, or quality of the product or the testing process.

Knowledge of SDLC & STLC Concepts
Knowledge of QA Process like Test Plan, Test Cases, Bug Tracking, RTM
Knowledge of Testing Techniques, Types of Testing
Knowledge of Loan Origination System & Loan Management System, Business Integration
Knowledge of API Testing, MIS Reports, CRM
Skills
Good communication (both verbal & written) and inter-personal skills
Strong Excel manipulation skills, financial and statistical analysis skills
Automation Tool Selenium, Katalon Studio
Test Management Tools Like Quality Center, HP-ALM
Defect Management Tool – Bugzilla, Jira
Abilities
