Eligibility Criteria-
- Graduation (Mandatory)
- Should have minimum 6 months work experience into Customer Service (International) Chat/Email Support. (Mandatory)
- Should have excellent English comms skills (Spoken and written) (Mandatory)
- Typing Speed >= 30 WPM with 90% Accuracy or more (Mandatory)
- 5 days working, 2 Week offs Rotational
- 24*7 Shifts
- Work from Office
- Work Location- (Plot no 1, west gate, TECH MAHINDRA, Phase 3, Hinjewadi Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park, Hinjewadi, Pune 411057)
Roles and Responsibilities-
- An advisor will be responsible for handling inbound customer queries (inc. billing, rate plans, service activations and changes, credits and adjustments, technical troubleshooting and complaints) using the live chat channel.
- Take complete responsibility of providing accurate and relevant information and to resolve customers query on the first contact.
