• Internal Audit
• physical branch visit as trigger during the year (all NI /high DPD /UE and Trigger branches )
• Digital Audit- Number of branches to be covered 8 times by digital audit during the year.
• Closure of audit/UE observation/Concurrent audit/RCU Negative observations.
• QUALITATIVE PARAMETERS (Cross audit, Quality of training for new process & Implementation, TAT of raising RCU/Concurrent /IA and other audit queries & Resolution, No of UE, Fraud, SF/MF & weaker section response to audit observations).
• Conduct Training to the GLROs & BOMs in regular intervals.
