Job Locations: All Over Delhi & NCR, Gurgaon & Noida.

\n\nMust be Experience:
\n\n- Candidate must have at least 2 to 6 years experience into sales with Banking or BFSI sectors only.
- Must have experience direct sales in Retails Liabilities products wealth/portfolio management, financial planning or investment advisory with the following products i.e. CASA, Mutual Funds (MF), Life Insurance (LI), General insurance (GI), Health Insurance, Fixed Deposits (FD), Liability Products, CPOF, FMPS, Real Estate, SIP, Golds, Bonds.
- Must be Presentable with Good communication skills.
- Female candidate only can apply between 22-30 years only of age.
- Must have own Vehicle/Conveyance.
Key responsibilities:
\n\n- This position is primarily responsible for developing and maintaining banking relationships with a select group of Individual & high net worth customers by providing them exceptional individualized customer service, thereby achieving targeted growth and service norms.
- This job will includes direct generate leads and involve field work also.
Job Description:
\n\n- Acquisition & Deepening of Saving & Current Account (CASA) for the branch.
- As part of sales job, incumbent is required to do field work.
- Responsible for NTB acquisition of customers.
- Speed and efficiency in services rendered.
- Going beyond the professional need of the customer by providing other products. Enhancement of customer value
- Cross-sale of retail liabilities asset products
- Responsible for quality communication and customer servicing within laid down productivity and service benchmarks.
- Ensure customer delight and consistent service experience, including timely resolution of customers.
- Complete the logs specified by the process (End-of-Day)
- Adherence to Information Security norms & quality process norms.
- Should be able to establish rapport quickly with peers, managers & customers.
- Generating revenue through third party (Retails liabilities & Assets products).
- Assess local market and identify current and prospective opportunities.
- Adhering to high ethical standards and comply with applicable regulations.
- Relationship Management with the Channels and Franchise for business development.
- Relationship Management with the Branch Employees and Manager of the bank at partner branches to increase the revenue.
- Key customer calls (Private Banking customers).
- Objection handling and aiding sales process carried out by branch.
Salary Package: Annual CTC of Rs.3.00 to 5.50 Lac per annum plus Variable & Performance Based High Incentives.
