Excellent Communication.Knowledge of HR Payroll and Time & Attendance and similar applications such as Kronos ADP eTime
Specialized in Time Management # Positive and Negative
Consulting and implementing WFS solutions.

Developing solutions using the WFS software that meets customer requirements
Logical and technical mindset that can analyze problems and identify root causes.
Experience or ability to learn SQL and write queries.
Understand Agile Methodologies frameworks and practices in a services organization
Able to work on a dynamic customer-focused team
Excellent presentation oral and written communication skills
Educate customers on best practices in implementation of WFS Product Suites
Several end-to-end WorkForce Software implementations/Support Experience
Certified in and SAP HCM Workforce Software - Time and Attendance (T&A)
A bachelor degree or equivalent (Masters preferred)
Superior knowledge of the HR function & processes
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
3+ years of WorkForce application experience hands on in Configuration and Integrations for Workforce Software with Success Factors EC and Payroll
Experience on HR Import and building interfaces with third party software
Experience on Time off requests
Working on SuccessFactors Integrations and ADP for Payroll.
