Job Description:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science (or related area) preferred.
• Responsible for resolving the Networking and Firewall issues.
• A solid understanding of LAN/WAN networking.
• Cisco Certified Network Associate or Professional - CCNA/CCNP.
• LAN Routing and Switching design, configuration and troubleshooting (VLANs, IP Subnetting).
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and along with Team.
• Organizational and mentoring skills.
• Should have thorough Research skills on network &Windows
• Should have antivirus administration
• Should have knowledge on monitoring tools like Cacti, Nagios & PRTG
• Should have knowledge on log monitoring tools like Gray log & etc.
• Install software upgrades and security patches and monitor intrusions
• Should have knowledge on File servers ( Windows )
• Should have Knowledge on email services such as outlook, thunderbird,etc
• Should have knowledge on helpdesk tools such as OTRS
• Managing/monitoring LAN/WAN network services and ability to coordinate with vendors.
• Install, configure, and update server software/hardware and perform maintenance
• RHEL is added advantage.
• Certifications in any of the IT domains will be an added advantage.
• Should have knowledge on Active directory and Domain controllers.
• Should have knowledge on group policies.
