Roles and Responsibilities

• Ability to build strong relationships.
• Willing to work at Night Shifts.
• Excellent English Communication skills- both verbal and written.
• You will be trained on US IT Recruiting processes
• As a Recruiter you will identify/screen/qualify candidates for IT positions.
• Also review and present resumes to hiring managers.
• Should be responsible for Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating the candidates.
• Review and understand technical job requirements.
