Roles and Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Team Lead - Recruitment. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of recruiters to attract, assess, and hire top talent for our organization. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of recruitment experience, including a solid understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process and proven leadership skills.
- Lead a team of recruiters:
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to the recruitment team members.
- Set performance goals and monitor individual and team performance.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and best practices.
- Collaborate with other team leads and stakeholders to ensure effective recruitment strategies.
- Recruitment strategy and planning:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
- Plan and execute recruitment campaigns to source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to enhance the effectiveness of hiring strategies
- Client relationship management:
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs, goals, and challenges.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client interactions and address any queries or concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with clients to develop recruitment strategies tailored to their specific requirements.
- Regularly update clients on the progress of open positions and provide status reports as needed.
- Candidate sourcing and assessment:
- Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and attract potential candidates.
- Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the role.
- Coordinate and participate in panel interviews and provide feedback to hiring managers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Offer management and on-boarding:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop competitive and compelling job offers.
- Negotiate compensation packages and terms of employment with selected candidates.
- Coordinate per-employment checks, reference checks, and other background verification processes.
- Assist in the on-boarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Recruitment metrics and reporting:
- Track and analyze recruitment data, including time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate pipeline.
- Prepare regular reports and present key metrics to management.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize recruitment processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience (4 to 6 years) in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and selection.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, techniques, and best practices.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
