Team Lead - Instrumentation/ Automation

• Having hands on experience in instrumentation with level, pressure, temperature, weight, flow, analytical instruments, VFD and Control valves
• Should have good understanding of Siemens/Rockwell/ Emerson/Honeywell/ ABB – DCS/PLC/SCADA/BMS/EMS/FAS Systems
• Knowledge of programming logic.
• Good knowledge on GAMP, Computer System Validation & 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.
• Troubleshooting and corrective action of instrument breakdown or failures to find the root cause and best solution in order to restore the functionality back to normal
• Maintain & troubleshoot of bio process equipment instruments & automation systems.
• Maintain Life Cycle Management (Planned Maintenance/ Heath Reports/Calibration/Breakdown/Validation) of equipment/facility and upkeep the facility/equipment for anytime audit inspection.
• Managing user access for Automation systems.
• Periodic time synchronization, manual data backup and audit trial reviews
• Able to read & understand schematics/drawings and develop maintenance & troubleshoot guides
• Participate in the design of automation systems for new facilities.
• Prepare instrument list, Cable scheduling and IO list for new project
• Review & Approve the design specification (HDS, SDS & system architecture) documents
• Commissioning & Qualification of facility/equipment/utility
• Participate in equipment operations risk assessment & root cause analysis
• Understanding of Plant Automation, Calibrations, Plant mainitenance, process manufacturing, Quality Systems and regulatory environment;
• Leading the team and accountable for equipment uptime and KPI's adherence
