Roles and Responsibilities
As the individual who represents us and drives the revenue pipeline, this person must be a self-starting closer who can create a large pipeline of business within a short period of time.
This is a role that will be critical to the development and success of the business across the globe and offers both an immediate step into a major role but also the chance to grow and build the operation.
We look for business athletes who are aggressive team players - intelligent - with the ability and willingness to close a mix of complex and more transactional deals.
- Create and drive revenue
- Generate business opportunities through professional networking and inbound calling.
- Drive brand awareness and sales via networking, associations, etc.
- Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Own the sales cycle - from lead handling to closure.
- Develop strategic territory business plan.
- Maintain account and opportunity forecasting within our internal system.
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and retention.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of experience selling B2B services to customers.
- International Inbound Sales Experience for US/APAC/EU region is desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently create a pipeline with a great conversion rate
- Self-starter able to take the initiative and uncover new revenue opportunities and ability to solve any problem/challenges that arise.
- Proven track record of sales excellence.
- Be able to work independently & as part of a team in a fast pace.
- Superior professional presence and business acumen.
