Roles and Responsibilities

Reassessment of the patients as per the clinical condition of the patient.

Check the special assignment like checking of crash cart, checking inventory or any other assignment given by in charges.

. Complete accountability for assessment of patients, planning nursing care, nursing interventions, implementing the nursing plans, monitoring the patients in accordance with the treating doctor/on duty doctor.

Plans, organizes and delivers nursing care in a manner that upholds organizational values healing promotions of health and prevention of complications.

Maintain nursing records including nursing notes, consents, nursing assessment, and data for all assign patients as per protocol.

To maintain effective communication with patients, relatives, clinicians, other departments and co workers.

Following medical prescriptions /orders and taking care of patient s need.

Desired Candidate Profile : B.Sc(Nursing), GNM with minimum 1 Year experience. And Fresher can apply.
