Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
- To ensure smooth joining and Induction of candidates
- Ensure candidate joining experience is best in class
- Manage documentation check process involving verification of candidate’s documents, personal file completion and timely Employee Id Creation
- Co-ordinate and liaise with other teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth hand-over of the candidate’s post joining
- Ensure compliance of Onboarding process and policy as per guidelines
- Contribute in creating an organizational image, which would help in attracting and retaining the best talent
- Plan & strategize for continuous process improvement
- Good understanding of Org policies and procedures
- Work with the recruitment team to ensure delivery and demand are met as per the required timelines and highest accuracy is maintained in adherence to processes
Desired Skills :
- Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills and data management skills
- Excellent time management, organizational and class control skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask, handle stress and work with people at all levels
- Graduate in any discipline
- Must be highly energetic & self-motivated
- Good analytical and strategic ability
Candidate Profile
• 1 - 3 Years of Experience
• Associate's Degree Preferred
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Detail-oriented
