We have an exciting opportunity on the Spares & Warranty team for a high energy Customer Operations Program Manager. Spares & Warranty is reinventing and transforming the cloud service parts supply chain to enable increased customer focus, quality, and efficiency as part of our journey to achieve world-class status. This position is vital for continuing to ensure spare parts are available for our global datacenter operation teams. The ideal candidate will possess program management and analysis skills to assist in unblocking delays in part delivery. The role will be responsible for leveraging current cross functional support ticketing systems and be a part of supporting future system capabilities. A successful candidate is a self-starter with a strong work ethic, highly team-oriented, tenacious, and focused on achieving measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with partner teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer tickets to ensure timely part delivery
- Escalate incidents and work with extended teams to provide feedback for root cause analysis (RCA)
- Engage with subject management experts for development and maintenance of SWOps process documentation
- Adhere to organizations KPI’s and SLA’s through day to day ticket management.
- Partner with teams to promote existing processes, KPI’s and SLAs
- Reviews reports of DC health, evaluates compliance with Microsoft spare part requirements, and escalates issues or blockers to initiate corrective actions with guidance from others.
- Technical aptitude with excellent verbal communication skills
- Build relationships, gain consensus, remove tension/roadblocks and focus on the solution
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, engineering or equivalent
- 8+ years’ experience in Program management related to Cloud, Infrastructure, or Supply Chain, or Datacenter Operations
- Hands on experience in supply chain transformation strategies, process reengineering, and major systems deployments
- Proven ability to work directly with customers and suppliers with little supervision
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Ability to think strategically beyond day-to-day execution
- Working knowledge of service parts business
- Strong customer focus and attention to detail
- Demonstrated bias for action and ability to drive clarity and eliminate ambiguity
- Eager to learn, curious, and customer-focused
- Strong knowledge of key IT and service industry concepts
- Proficient with Microsoft O365 applications, Visio, MS Project, SQL, and Power BI
- SAP proficiency a plus
