Responsibility:
Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
- Attend walkthrough sessions with SMEs.
- Understand and gather requirements from SDLC documentation.
- Conduct needs analysis.
- Devise design strategy for learning.
- Devise content strategy.
- Devise documentation strategy.
Content Creation:
- Ability to take ownership of more than one project from a delivery perspective.
- Implement new ideas that are in line with what is hapenning in the industry.
- Work on estimations for varied kinds of deliverables.
- Contribute towards updating knowledge assets.
- Stay abrest with the latest trends in the industry.

Project Management:

- Capture defect density to ensure reduction in defects in subsequent reviews.
Training:
- Focus on learning and acquiring new skills.
- Focus on attending product trainings in order to enhance the quality of the documentation.
- Ability to conduct knowledge sharing sessions on industry trends/best practices on projects.
- Able to conduct trainings for entry level recruits.
Team Building & People Management:
- Participate in team building activities.
- Contributes to such activities positively.
- Provides leadership to team members.
- Coaches team to get up to speed with respect to new trends/tools/concepts.
- Identify programs and certifications relevant to Associates' aspirations and project requirements.
- Resolve / manage conflict within the team.
- Define teams goals.

Market Research and Industry Engagement:
- Research on industry trends to understand value adds that can be suggested to the client.
