  • Provide support to the setup, ongoing operation, maintenance, usage, analysis and administration of the Learning Management System.
  • This includes review, setup, configuration and maintenance of users data, group, Learning activities, reporting.
  • Work with learning stakeholders on content publishing and management.
  • Perform key role on governing content, user’s record by adhering to General Data Protection Regulation and other information security policy.
  • Provide technical support to learners, trainers, learning program managers and improve learners’ experience.
  • Work towards continuous improvement of users’ learning experience.

Desired Skills:

  • Knowledge on the functioning of Training and Development Department.
  • Excellent Knowledge about computers and technical trouble shooting.
  • Excellent communications in the English Language. Fluency in additional languages would be a plus.
  • Exposure in using Microsoft office for the creation of excel based reports, executive documents and presentations.
  • Exposure in identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.
  • Ability to work with a global virtual team through different time zones and cultures.
  • knowledge on Learning Management System, SCORM, Authoring tool
  • Strong problem solving & planning skills
  • Self-motivated, strong team player
  • Experience in MS Visual Basic, VBA , PHP and Python would be an added advantage
