Job Purpose:
The job purpose is to manage and smooth talent delivery for the clients & internal requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Track & monitor the present openings project/client wise. Create & maintain the recruitment dashboard on daily basis,
- Find & source the required talents respectively as per each requirements,
- Head hunting is equal part of the role, travelling to the field for sourcing candidates to be performed and reported,
- Open positions closing TAT should be maintained as 5 working days,
- Ready to adopt and learn new sourcing and recruiting techniques.

Prerequisites:
1. Should have experience in field recruitment, blue collar hiring, mass hiring,
2. Analysis & reporting skills is an added advantage,
3. Good Communication, presentation skills,
4. Willing to travel and work under pressure.
