Senior Executive Talent Acquisition - HR

We are looking for a Executive into Talent Acquisition team to manage our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates.

Job Description:

• Design and update job descriptions
• Source potential candidates from various online channels
• Screening resumes
• Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
• Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
• Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests
• Advertise job openings on companys careers page, social media, job boards and internally
• Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
• Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
• Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
• Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
• Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees

Work from office only

Working Days: 5 days ( Saturday and Sunday Offs)
