Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage execution and optimization of SEM and Retargeting campaigns across different
categories of Flipkart
- Manage Campaign creation, optimization, reporting and analysis across SEM &
Retargeting Channels
- Drive marketing campaigns on Google and Facebook targeted to relevant audience
cohorts basis category affinity and business objectives
- Drive performance marketing efficiencies through continuous A/B testing, creative &
audience experiments, testing of new formats on Google and Facebook
- Automate processes to streamline Reporting and Analytics activities for the channel
- Build and share campaign reports with the Marketing and Category teams.
- Share regular insights on individual campaigns performance
- Coordinate with Tech and Analytics teams for any AdTech requirements.
- Coordinate with external Retargeting Partners to manage campaigns and reporting
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-3 yrs experience in Digital Marketing (Google & Facebook) for Campaign
management & optimization.
- 1-2 yrs of Hands-On experience in running SEM campaigns (Text/PLA) on Adwords and
Facebook (Conversion/Catalogue Sales/Traffic) campaigns through Ads Manager
- Prior experience of using Omniture for data analysis is preferred.
- Experience in handling large-scale campaign creation and optimization in
Performance/Digital Marketing.
- Prior experience in automating reports through excel/scripts is preferred.
