What You'll Do at Pega:
- Deliver global strategic employer branding initiatives – Employee Value Proposition, career site, content calendar, social media content, internal and external activations
- Drive employer brand campaigns from concepting to execution
- Work with internal and external partners to project manage designated video and other multimedia content delivery
- Support local talent attraction and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging events
- Ensure branding is consistent and impactful across social media, blogs, live events, careers site and other platforms
- Keep abreast of current industry trends, bringing in market intelligence and sharing knowledge internally to inform business decisions
- Evolve capability in social media and market insights as it relates to increasing talent attraction
- Collaborate and coordinate efforts with internal stakeholders including corporate marketing, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging, the broader People team, and regional champions
- Support the submission and promotion of awards and accreditations
- Support and advance Pega’s hiring strategy across broad-ranging candidate profiles and geographies
- Work on BAU activities which support the local Talent Attraction and Experience teams
- Build relationships with key business stakeholders to understand and anticipate their needs
- Collaborate with the business on projects that will enhance the candidate experience and enhance our image. Varied activities may include creating new content, running campaigns, and creating material that supports candidates and the business.
Who You Are:
In this global role, as Employer Brand Partner, you’ll support the Global Head of Employer Brand and Employee Experience in the UK, and your US counterpart, to execute the employer brand strategy, activate and deliver upon agreed employer brand programs, and partner closely with our Marketing and Communications team to help build brand awareness and consideration. In addition to your global responsibilities, you will be the point of contact for all employer branding activities in India, where 1/3 of our employees are located.
You will support several business-as-usual activities, such as coordinating Employer Brand and Talent Award submissions, and developing our presence on review sites, including Glassdoor. With your employer branding and talent marketing experience, you will be familiar with developing and activating content across multiple media. You will be data-driven, using metrics to assess and optimize performance, and bring relevant data and insight into stakeholder discussions.
What You've Accomplished:
- 5-12 years of experience
- Experience in digital or recruitment marketing, employer branding, or related function
- Experience planning and writing social media content and campaign management/reporting
- Tracking, and measuring employer brand programs
- Strong project management skills
- Articulate, persuasive communicator with exceptional written, verbal, and honed presentation skills who engages colleagues, business partners, external stakeholders, and employees effectively
- Have a thorough understanding of tech employment trends/events, and ability to actively monitor competitor/industry employment actions
- A team player who contributes to the overall team development and impact but is also comfortable leading your own initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects, prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Highly developed critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to operate in a high growth environment, used to dealing with ambiguity and experienced at navigating and succeeding in a rapidly evolving business, building consensus around ideas and plans
- A curious self-starter who embraces new challenges and opportunities and can apply their knowledge and experience to create strong business outcomes
