We are current searching for a Consultant or Senior Consultant to support the Global Consulting Platform Talent – Strategic Projects team. Work you’ll do:
Your role is to enable the Talent Agenda for the Global Consulting Platform. Working with the GCP Talent Team on various strategic projects, your role will be to help shape the Talent Experience for Partners and all professionals across the Global Consulting network. You will create and deliver on priority programs that enable a high-quality end-to-end talent experience in the areas of Inspire Leadership & Change, Increasing Efficiency, and Build Engagement.
You will make an impact by supporting execution of the Global Consulting Platform strategic priorities including:
GCP Talent Standards & Performance Expectations
Workforce planning for strategic growth offerings
Communications related to Change and Talent program management
Partner Global Performance Management &Recognition
Development of a culture & engagement strategy
Collaborating and coordinating across thenetwork (global People, MF talent advisors, MF and global Partner Matters) to drive other critical initiatives and enable knowledge sharing and best practices
Creating materials for sessions on career paths, team leader effectiveness, etc.
Setting up and supporting GCP Talent TownHall or other leadership meetings
Input into/creating specific deliverables
Structure: This role is structured as a 12-24 month non-relocation secondment with the option to extend pending budget and leadership approval. This is an internal opportunity for those interested in supporting a global initiative and returning to their Member Firm/ Home Service Area role after the secondment ends.
Location: This role supports a global initiative, which can be performed virtually, and as such candidates can be based in several locations across our network. Please note however that relocation will not be supported. You will remain in your member firm and perform work related to Deloitte Global.

Background/Experience:
Minimum of 2 years’ Human Capital Consulting and / or Talent Project Management experience
Prior knowledge/relevant experience in a client orinternal role
Prior Deloitte experience(local/region/global) in a client or internal role
Project management skills and experience working on cross functional project teams
Strong communication, presentation, and story boarding skills
Ability to analyze diverse sets of data and create meaningful reports and recommendations
Experience designing reports and presentations to executive-level audiences
Deep experience with Microsoft Office suite.
