Job Description and Responsibility -Senior Business Analyst- GDN

Role:-

Supporting senior management of IT industry by providing analytical insights with business focus. Research country specific Business key supporting data points, competition location strategy study and developing best location strategy for growth and remote delivery models in WFX scenario.

Developing predictive models for gauging the success or failure of projects during execution for taking necessary corrections to avoid customer dissatisfaction. Acting as think tank and provide data driven inferences for successful delivery of projects at GDN function level.

Use the Power BI as tool for digital dashboarding of all Business Critical data and help key metrics tracking and help thru data driven process improvements. (Cost analysis)

Skills :-

Developing Predictive models for Delivery excellence of IT Industry

- Time Series and Forecasting techniques

- Establishing Transfer Functions

- Multivariate analysis

Hands-on experience is applying Machine Learning techniques for business excellence

- CART

- SVM etc.

Tools Exposure (not limited):

- Minitab/SPSS/R

- Power BI

Business/Domain Skills:

- IT industry projects delivery processes

- CMMi methodology

Experience & Qualification:-

• Post Graduate preferred IIFT /Finance as Major
• High abstraction level and analytic ability.
• Strong communication skills /ability to use technological tools for collaboration
• Experience of at least one end to end implementation of optimization based decision support system
• Excellent presentation and communication skills and experience working in a collaborative environment.
