Location : Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities :
- Channel Engagement

  • Conceptualize, Plan, Estimate and Execute
  • Trade marketing schemes
  • Channel Loyalty programs
  • Merchandizing at Rural Chemist stores and Channel partner specific brand BTL initiatives

- Route to Market – Planning & Execution
- Sales Force Excellence – Planning & Execution
- Sales Enablement
- Program Management and Performance Reviews
- Business analysis and robust MIS
- Sales Automation - development and execution
- Customer connect - frequent field work for customer and channel understanding

Requirement : Top B-School with min 3 years relevant work experience or 6 years work experience for others

Prior experience in Sales & Distribution and Trade marketing will be preferred along with Positive attitude and learning abilities.
