Roles and Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Achieve the sales targets and adhere to the daily beat plan.
  • Manage the financial transactions, close the sales through collections & follow-up.
  • Documents the sales and updates customer profile records in the assigned DMS (Document Management System).
  • Demonstrate knowledge of products to customers.
  • Educate customers about current promotions and advertisements.
  • Go the extra mile by merchandising to drive the sales.
  • Handle and assist customers in returns and exchanges.
  • Cross sell products.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Good communication skill. (Should be able to converse fluently in local language)
  • Proven capabilities in sales role. (Preferably from FMCG/ Food Industry)
  • Qualification is not a bar
  • Candidate having 1 to 3 years of experience in Field Sales are preferred.
