Tunday Kababi ( ESTD 1905 ) is a name that speaks synonym for Galouti Kebab as Tunday Ke Kebab. The Century Old Shop of Tunday Kababi established in the crisscrossed lanes of Chowk area in Lucknow by Haji Murad Ali. The most interesting part is that even after a century, the shop still stands sturdy in its original structure. Mohammed Usman grand father Haji murad ali had invented this recipe to fulfill requirement of Nawab of Lucknow because nawab of Lucknow was very fond of eating kebabs but due to the age factor he lost his teeth so the nawab organised a contest in which different chef from different states and cities were invited to take part into that contest and was told whosever will make the most scrumptious kebab will win royal patronage but the victory was only for the one person and it was Haji Murad ali. The recipe contains more than 160 spices. The quality of our kebabs is so scrumptious that gets melt in your mouth. Later on this legacy is still maintained by Mohammad Usman as in 1995 he opened an outlet at Aminabad because he knew people remember those things which are made to be remembered so he created a strong popularity by getting into big events and that taste encapsulated and brought a great massive hit for his business and Tunday kababi fulfilled heart of million people from a common man to the most magnificent personality.
