w Responsible for placing resources through various sources- Portals, research ,Professional platform LinkedIn, References , campus Placements etc., Complete end-to-end recruitment life cycle.
w Source relevant resumes from the external portals, and internal database.
w Work on job requisitions, search database, post ads, short list resumes, telephonic & face-to-face interview, followed by salary negotiation.
w Screen & validate the Appropriate profiles as per the requirements without any deviations from JD,
w Quality of Conversion from Submissions = Selection is very important in Recruitment
