Responsibilities:

* Understand the features of medical software products.

* Install the software at customer place (Chennai / South India).

* Provide training to Doctors / Staff and trouble shoot customer issues (online / phone / onsite).

* Collect feedback from the customers.

* Do quality check process and product shipment dispatch process.

Experience:

experience in medical software products.
