Payroll & Statutory related services:

• Collecting Variable payables, Hold Salary, Terminated, and Absconding employees information from RM/PM.
• Weekly overtime tracking.
• Attendance relevant activities:- Maternity, Leaves management, Forget swipe management, Attendance finalization.
• Maintaining of Pay sheet and processing of salary statement
• Updating salary details into Zing HR- Break up salary, employee personal details & employment details, bank details, etc.
• Processing & disbursement of salary-preparation of salary statement, bank statement, and statutory payment report.
• Manage and process payroll for 800 employees to ensure that payroll transactions were accurate and in accordance with regulatory policies and procedures for multiple locations.
• Processing the payments for statutory returns
• Processing employee Long term and short-term loans.
• Arrears payments, F& F settlement
• Prepare the FORM 16’s and Disbursement of FORM 16 to employees.
• employee pay to register and FnF pay registers tracking

Statutory Compliance:

• PF, PT, ESI, TDS Return filing.
• UAN Related Activities Generating New UAN Numbers to First-time employees and KYC updating with digital signature
• Handling PF withdrawals and Transfer claims
• Handling employee’s queries related to statutory.
• PF PMRPY/ABRY Benefit employee’s registration as per the terms and conditions.
• Vendor TDS Return filings.
