We are seeking a hard-working and motivated Business Developer to join our growing team. The individual in this role will assist company growth and profitability through new customer acquisition, as well as by assisting existing customer. This role is based out of Mumbai location in our Ecommerce team and require good communication & sales skills

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Interaction with customers online through calls, chat and email to assist them in buying journey

2. influencing and selling jewellery online through recommendations

3. Addressing all customer queries, following up with customer to achieve sales

4. Coordinating with inter department to ensure speedy resolution to customer query

5. Achieve Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly Sales

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Good communication skills and fluent in English

2. Should have minimum 3 years of experience in online sales and customer handling experience

3. Jewellery knowledge added advantage
