• Manages and plans the care management of individual patient using the 4-prong Systematic Approach to Nursing Delivery comprising Assessment, Planning, Implementation and Evaluation.
• Participates in action plans for the unit to enhance employee engagement and maximize employee performance.
• Maintains current trends in nursing practice and management through formal education and self-development.
• Ensures customer satisfaction, resolves and follow through quality/service issues.
• Demonstrates competency in nursing core skills as per attached Core Skill Assessment.
• To perform other duties as assigned by superiors and management from time to time
