Role Description: We are looking for a Manager with 6 years of experience and above, having hands-on experience in CRM analytics, especially Speech analytics. The Manager will provide Thought-Leadership in CRM Analytics Engagements; provide an understanding of business applications of data analysis/ modeling and take a consultative approach for the clients.

Professional Experience

• At-least 2 years’ experience in developing analytics solutions for client's business problem.

• Hands-on experience in CRM analytics, especially Speech analytics.

• Experience in CRM operations and CRM analytics project/ work stream management

• Experience in client management in the analytics domain

• Co-ordination with the client for project delivery

Technical Knowledge and Skills

• Hands-on experience in Speech analytics solutions and tools like Verint/ Clarabridge/Nexidia/Callminer

• Hands-on experience in data handling and statistical tools like SAS, R, Python etc will be an added advantage. (Good to have)

• Hands on Experience in deep learning, neural networks, pattern recognitions, speech recognitions, text mining or NLP. (Good to have)

• Project management skills.

• Client and Stakeholder management

Project Specific Skills

• Have CRM domain knowledge with speech analytics exposure

• Preferred on building and implementing speech analytics solutions with various clients

Responsibilities:

• Understanding of business applications of data analysis/ modeling

• Take a consultative approach for the clients and support the solutioning team when needed.

• Ability to manage a wide range of cross-functional activities while meeting time sensitive and variable deadlines.

• Work on proposal / RFP’s and provide compelling solutions

• Provide Delivery oversight to projects

• Optimize the data preparation & data analysis with respect to data modeling techniques.

• Project manager may be required to do hands on work at times.

• Ensure high quality deliverables and smooth day-to-day operations of projects
