About the Role

Amazon is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic candidate to join the fast-paced world of FinOps Domain Training and Development team. We’ll give you the opportunity to really make a difference to our business. We’re looking for exceptional people with Stakeholder management skills, Finance Operation knowledge, and customer service passion.

Role and Responsibilities

· Manage inbound & outbound communications, including participant and stakeholder concerns & compliments by managing the Domain Shared Mailboxes.
· Manage and facilitate Domain training for New Hires and certify them as per the set procedure.
· Provide primary support to SMEs on SOP preparation which includes Formatting corrections and taking it to completion.
· Facilitate new hire assessments and scoring after process training.
· Manage and own batch upload to LMS to ensure capturing of new hire trainees
· Own completion of trainee surveys, quizzes and tests with upload to LMS where needed or other compiling tool.
· Manage the logistics of learning and create an effective learning environment along with report on testing results.
· Communicate, follow up, and escalate with appropriate business owners, other trainers, and stake holders to ensure that all trainings are conducted on-time and with sufficient resources and facilities.
· Support quality and assurance initiatives and improvements for Domain projects
· Responsible for mitigating and eliminating gaps in training occurring due to issues or concerns with communication skills and language skills.
· Responsible for continuous self-development by keeping themselves abreast with current industry training practices.

· Provide support in planning, organizing, and conducting employee engagement and Fun @ FinOps events, gathering, R&Rs, and Post Peak Party

Other requirements

· Working actively and accurately on an independent basis; giving great attention to detail and displaying the initiative to quickly identify and resolve variances, failures and discrepancies.
· Coordinate with team members to resolve critical issues.

Basic qualifications:

· Graduate in finance, accounting, management, commerce.
· Ability to communicate and present complex analysis/data clearly and concisely.
· Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
· Analytical skills with the ability to get into the detail, while also seeing and understanding the bigger picture.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Advanced Excel and SQL skills are advantageous.
· Experience in Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable field is an advantage.
