Roles and Responsibilities

• Candidates should have hands on experience of running RT-PCR Machine (manual & automated)
• Daily maintenance of instruments and taking care of calibration.
• Daily QC run and informing seniors of any deviation.
• Data Entry for non-inter phased parameters and data transfer for inter phased instruments.
• Informing alert values to clients.
• Following safety protocols Performing test within TAT as per defined Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
• Proper storage and discarding of specimens/ samples as per SOP.
• Segregation of Samples
• Raising query in case of problem sample
• Observing all laboratory safety precautions in the handling of clinical specimens and running
  of tests.
• Identifying Errors.
• Performing checks during sample testing to monitor performance
• Identifying problems in results as per re- check criteria/linearity
• Escalating identified issues to designated supervisor
• Timely Reporting of Sample Tests as per TAT
• Recording results of samples tested
