Roles & Responsibilities:

1.Experience in end to end recruitment process (IT recruitment)

2.Experience on Permanent staffing.

3.Working under tight deadlines, to close the positions

Recruited IT professionals from front line to senior level positions

4.Expertise in Sourcing, Screening, Short listing, Follow up.

Familiar with - Naukri, and LinkedIN

5.Searching for the alternatives how to close the Opening Positions.
