ISG Merchandising manager for APJC

What you’ll achieve
As a ISGMerchandising manager, you will be responsible for building the ISG merchandising team in APJ and GC region and creating a long term merchandising plan to drive transactional business. You will also set the right mix of 4Ps to deliver the results as per AOP and IOP priorities.

You will:

• Define long term APJC merchandising vision and strategy, driving transactional business across all routes to market

• Create and execute quarterly merchandising plans supporting IOP priorities with clear RUM KPIs

• Work closely with regional (specialty) sales/channel leaders to align on priorities and contribution

• Build/lead ISG merchandising team in APJC region

• Create attractive 4P mix, considering customer/partner needs, market opportunities and gaps

• Align with multiple functional areas – Server and Storage CoC, finance, supply, marketing, sales operations to maximize merchandising impact

• Drive demand generation and sales enablement via attractive promotions and communication (internal and external)

Essential Requirements

• 10+ years experience in product marketing/merchandising/sales

• Excellent communication skills

• proven track record in people management

Desirable Requirements

• Excellent understanding of competitors and their products as well as potential partner relationships for Business Development

• Bachelor’s degree or higher

• Ability to work in matrix environment

• Project management skills
