Roles and Responsibilities

• Understanding the various demands received from clients
• Sourcing potential candidates from various online portals like Naukri, Monster shine and other channels like Linked in.
• Design and update job descriptions
• Screen incoming resumes and shortlisting the candidates based on the demands
• Advertise job openings on companys Internal page and social media.
• Maintaining the daily tracker and updating it on regular basis.

Desired Candidate Profile

Any Degree

Excellent Communication Skills.Even freshers are ok with good communication and interested towards hr recruitment

Experienced in Hr Recruiter who has closed more than 10 positions in a month or fresher with excellent communication skills alone apply.

Willingness to work in Target based job.

MBA HR would be an added advantage

Keen In learning HR recruitment and who is from BPO experience can also apply.

Experience in IT or Non IT Skills is fine. Freshers or experienced can apply.
