- Understanding job requirement provided by company, clarifying the recruitment of skill set from company.
- End to end recruitment (Sourcing, Screening, Staffing, Interviewing, Onboarding).
- Creating, design and update job descriptions.
- Sourcing Profiles from various job Portals. (Naukari.com, Monster.com, Times.com, Linked-in & etc...)
- Professional in use of job portals, professional networking sites, social media like Monster.com, Naukri.com, and Linked In.
- Publishing job Ads, job Posts and mass mailing from where maximum and quality applications can be received.
- Conducting initial screening and handling first round of telephonic interviews in order to assess the candidates Suitability, Attitude, Level of interest, academics and Professional Qualification Experience, and communication skills.
- Briefing candidates about the company, job role and location, CTC range and other perks.
- Coordinating with shortlisted candidates through email or telephone for scheduling personal / telephonic interviews.
- Taking HR personal / telephonic interviews.
- Collecting all required documents online/offline from selected candidates to verify them.
- Proceed with online process for offer release and sharing the offer letters with prospective employees.
- Creating daily, weekly and monthly reports on recruitment.
- Maintaining effective & efficient database of all candidates, their status, interview schedules and open/closed positions for all the business vertical.
- Maintaining relations with existing HR Partners.
- Looking out for new HR Partners.
- Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
