Roles and Responsibilities

• Comprehend and resolve every health claim raised by customer by gathering/recording an appropriate level of information to determine the nature of the query/request and action required
• Evaluation of Health Claim policy, process it end to end for the closure within assigned task
• Evaluation of Health Care Treatment & Associated Costs
• Documenting / Recording transactions and the necessary follow-up requests with other functions by completing forms and record logs
• Provide/take relevant information/decision on claims as per the prescribed guidelines
• Co-ordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders e.g. Underwriting, provider management team, internal fraud investigation team

Desired Candidate Profile

• BAMS/BHMS/MBBS with 2-5 years TPA experience
• Excellent Medical Knowledge
• Good Analytical Skills
• Computer Savvy
• Should be willing to work in rotation shifts including Sat, Sun, Public Holidays (24x7 Business Model).
