To: Lead the Capital Project Management Function and be accountable to Head Capital Projects & Project Management for business and functional level goals on delivery and capability enhancement
Within: Biologics unit of Dr.Reddy's Laboratories
"The primary responsibility of the Group Lead, Capital project management is to lead or oversee the capital projects in order to successfully deliver the projects on time, within the scope, and within budget.
With the objective of Strategizing on capital projects capability, budgeting exercise for capital enhancements and their approvals, planning and execution of capability/capacity enhancement projects, interfacing with operations and development functions for engineering, build out and registration campaigns of target commercial/LCM, new products. Engaging and developing potential external partners and service providers for equipment, infrastructure creation and up gradation, convening the governing/review locations for project performances, owning the business level summary reports of capital projects"
