Facilities Engineer Fresher's job

Ensure building and site maintenance of all the structures of Biologics division.

Ensuring facility up keep in the area of floorings, paintings, carpentry, and drains.

Maintaining all general areas including office areas facilities.

Maintenance of EPABX and landline phones across the site.

Tracking and updating all site. plant layouts with assistance of CAD operator

Maintenance of slave clocks across the site.

Maintenance of all the drain systems flow across the site.

Organizing periodical walk downs to the facilities for hygiene verification and updating of the RST’S up to the adressal of compliance and submitting to QA.

Ensuring the periodical walk downs to the terraces and shafts of all the buildings and updating the RST’s as per the S.O.P of monsoon preparedness plan.

Maintenance of all the lifts across the site.

Providing statutory compliances in work area

Executing brown filed projects and plant modifications.

Periodical Inspection of ladders across the site.

Following up on MSI, ESG, other safety and quality related observations

Conducting periodical safe loading tests to safety belts, hoists, chain pulleys, retractable life liners, Fork lifts across the site.
