About Digital Process Excellence (DPEx)

Our digital transformation journey is led by the DPEx team and is structured along the lines of Digitalize the Core and Transform with Digital.

With a mandate to ensure continuous process improvement and drive patient centric innovation, it spans all functions and operations. In other words, you could be working on projects to create experience for Medical reps one day, designing customer engagement platforms the next and new gen tech Pilot to bring business impact the third.

Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, Develop and Lead the Engineering Team for Digital Platforms & Products.
• Accountable for overall Product Technology Strategy, Vision & Execution Roadmap in collaboration with Product Managers.
• Drive the development activities and deliveries throughout the product development cycle & scale up - Concept, Prototype, Development, Validation and Release.
• Drive continuous improvements and feature increments as per Business, customer and scalability needs.
• Ensuring compliance to Agile Scrum based product development process.
• Deploy best in class development processes and drive skill building initiatives for the engineering team.
• Manage and Mentor the product engineering team comprising of internal and external team members.
• Ensure project development team meets all requirements / targets related to Schedules, feature development, cost, quality, compliance & performance.

Qualifications We Prefer BE/B.Tech / M. Tech or any other similar qualification with an overall experience of above 8 years with 4+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager for Product Development. Experience in building Digital Platforms and Products for B2C & B2B apps and/or web platforms Technically Hands-on with Prior experience of defining Scalable Full Stack Product Architecture, well versed with SOA based design approaches and cloud-based web services architecture and development. Experience in Leading and managing cross functional team of software engineering, testing and quality assurance. Passion for Open-Source Technologies, adopting best in class Technology Stacks and leveraging cloud services and infrastructure for building best in class products and services. Hands on experience in any of the Backend Frameworks Spring Boot, Node JS and in any of the front-end JavaScript frameworks such as ReactJS, Angular. Expertise in designing applications to work with data and processing data at scale. Hands on experience in driving API driven integrations with 3rd party platforms. Ability to convert high-level engineering plan into an agile sprint plan with effort estimation for ensuring smooth and timely delivery. Exposure in developing digital products in a Manufacturing and Operations setup is a Plus. Exposure to Pharma/Healthcare domain is a Plus Apply Link- Apply Link mentioned in below
