Duties and Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end technical and business oversight, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of Marketing Technology Stack In coordination with Marketing stakeholders and Product Managers, create architecture and solution blueprints for consumer technology components like: Brand Websites, eCommerce, MarTech/AdTech products etc.
- Offer proactive guidance on the technical architecture and steer discussions with the product team regarding the features of their product that are specific to our business processes.
- Collaborate on a rollout plan for new product features by comprehending the implications of any changes.
- Identify new opportunity areas to strengthen the Marketing Architecture and processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Vendor Partners, IDS, and other functions within commercials to support business objectives.
- Foster a culture of automation, continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration with the team.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the eCommerce, Mar-Tech, Ad-Tech & Consumer-Tech space.
- Work closely with third parties and internal stakeholders to ensure systems and integrations are operating properly and that the data is accurate and optimized for Marketing reporting.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to evaluate new data and system opportunities for United for Business Marketing
- Onboard & train marketing operations resources / agency and support in day-to-day operations
