1. Product design experience in automotive foam pads.

2. Good understanding of foam pad A and B side surfaces, trim tie downs, over-builds, minimum radii etc.

3. Understanding of manufacturing process with tooling considerations

4. Experience in CAD design of foam pads: A and B sides using NX/CATIA will be essential.

5. Expert in NX Surfacing, part modelling, Assembly creation and Drafting.

6. Flexible to learn other seating commodities like plastics etc.

7. Knowledge of Seating Regulations 8. Knowledge of PDM/PLM (Teamcenter and Agile)

8. Good Verbal and written communication.
