• Candidate should have experience from Consulting and IT Services industry background
• Should handle the complete framework of Compensation and Benefits
• Should have experience in Yearly planning of Compensation programs
• Ensure competitiveness of Total Rewards programs including comprehensive compensation, benefits, incentives benchmarking and alignment of compensation structures
• Should be well versed with Labor laws and statutory compliance
• Extensive Stakeholder Management
• Should play a team member role (IC Role) the role will gradually get elevated to people management role.
• Should be flexible to work from Chennai or Delhi Good to consider MBA with HR or Any equaling graduation
