Roles and Responsibilities

• The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Looking someone who is having good experience in high ageing collection leads
• Know about collection process ( Bucket and tenure wise collection )
• Should have basic knowledge of pay day/micro loans
• Candidate should aware benefits of repayment and credit history to customers
• Correct customer misunderstanding on product policies and terms if required
• Candidate should aware set up payment plans and follow- up- schedules
• Establish and maintain caring relationship with customers
• Determine reasons for non-payment and engage in negotiation to bridge business and customer needs
• Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned
• Should have basic knowledge of computer and internet
• Familiar with debt collection and tough customer handling making prediction about loans, analysis, collection and other business processes
