Job Purpose

This role is responsible for partnering with business for IT solutions following the Global, Regional and Country level set processes from phase of solutioning to Go Live & support. The role needs to interact with Cipla support functions and vendors / partners. This role will perform PM role and stakeholder management for projects.

Accountabilities

I. Identify, recommend the right technology solution by evaluation of requirements in line with IT road map to meet business requirements
II. Design, recommend and monitor implementation of specific projects like improving forecast for the business within timelines and budget
III. Provide business as usual support by debottlenecking issues related to business applications as per SLA & budget to enhance user experience
IV. Liaise with all in internal stakeholders like functions, including business units, information technology department, and external vendors to ensure right solutions are implemented in Cipla
V. Manage vendors by day to day interactions and providing necessary support from Ciplaâs side for timely completion of projects and solutions

Education Qualification

Graduate in IT / Computer Science stream OR Graduate in any field, with additional course / PG done in IT / Computer Science stream

Relevant Work Experience

4-6 years of technology/business function experience
