Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience working in consulting, software, internet, media industries, and/or early stage companies.
- Experience in management consulting and corporate strategy, working with C-level (e.g., Chief of Staff or Operations).
- Experience with stakeholder management, initiatives, and operations.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in management or a technical or engineering field.
- Experience in succeeding in ambiguity and driving strategy in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment, with an executive presence.
- Demonstrated leadership in crisis and change management situations.
- Exceptional business judgment to effectively prioritize and action requests.
- Excellent leadership, project management, and problem-solving/analysis skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy and Operations organization provides strategic business insights, ensuring cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helping leadership identify and drive strategic programs and new initiatives forward. Within gTech, gCare is an integrated solution and support organization that helps customers maximize value from our Ad products.
Responsibilities
- Drive, coordinate, monitor, and program-manage gCare VP’s strategic priorities. Leverage strong project management skills for timely delivery with a focus/management of key interdependencies.
- Lead the structure and ensure impactful agenda for gCare Leadership forums and executive visits while closely working with broader business stakeholders, Strategy and Operations, and Administrative Business Partners’ teams.
- Drive ad hoc analysis for priority initiatives and structure solutions, and drive resolution of issues/initiatives while partnering closely with internal gCare leadership team.
- Coordinate gCare VP’s executive meeting preparation with input from gCare leaders, and help connect the dots with sufficient business context.
- Lead and drive structured discussions that involve gCare VP and their management lead for identified priorities. Drive simplified, structured, and exec-ready communications for identified set of initiatives.
