Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage health care clients such as hospitals, doctors and other health care providers.
• Providing technical support/ assistance and able to do product demo to the clients via different modes i.e. telephonic, video call, Email etc.
• Should have an understanding of business- to- business relationships and a working knowledge of software/ IT industry and information delivery systems.
• Good knowledge of PHP, Laravel, mysql, XML HTML5 MS Office suite.
• Handle software related client complaints and provide appropriate solutions & alternatives within the time limit.
• Should be ready to visit the clients when required.
• Proven working experience in enterprise technical support, IT support or as a technical engineer.
• One must have Strong problem-solving skills and good networking knowledge is a plus.
• Candidate should have Excellent client-facing skills
• The candidate must possess excellent communication skills.
• Answer the queries raised by the customers.
• Candidates should have their own vehicle.
