Key responsibilities:

• Lead the Branch Banking Service Team
• Ensuring service excellence to enhance portfolio, control retention and better cross sell
• Ensure compliance to banking guidelines, quality framework and audit requirements
• Authorize and check RO / SO entries
• Check vouchers to clear transactions above 10 lakhs
• Vault / Key custodian

Candidate Profile / Experience / Education Qualification

• Graduates / with 6-7 years of total experience in which min 3 to 4 years is into Branch Banking Operations & Service only to apply
• Any Graduation; MBA preferred
• Customer service oriented
• Ability to manage and motivate front office staff
• Must have thorough understanding of banking products
• Exposure to Banking and Finance products and services will be advantageous
• Should have minimum 1 yr of experience in handling team.
