1. Design coordination with MEP consultant. Able to work on AutoCAD and 3D Revit models.

2. Design knowledge to give inputs for FPS, HVAC, PHE & Lift which include Pipe sizing, Pump capacity calculations, fan capacity calculations, equipment layout, Piping Layout, Single Line Diagram, etc.

3. Planning and Execution of all MEP work specifically FPS, HVAC, PHE & Lift for high-rise Residential projects.

4. Execute the project as per the BOQ, budget, cost, and timelines.

5. Coordinate with the other dept. / team members, Consultants, Vendors, and other professionals for the timely execution of work.

6. Resolve issues in terms of drawings, details, material specifications, coordination etc while executing the work.

7. Knowledge of Statutory code & local bye laws applicable for High-rise residential building in terms of planning, designing & project coordination
