Responsibilities
- Provide oversight and supervision for a team that supports multiple customers.
- Interact with internal/external Staffing Partners on selection of and ongoing performance of temporary reports.
- Lead projects rooted in the hiring space at a regional or global level.
- Manage team metrics, load balancing, productivity benchmarks, and service level agreements across the team.
- Create and sustain a positive team environment.
