Associate Lead, Staffing Operations

Minimum qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in project management or driving process improvement.
• Experience in operations within a global environment.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with structuring ambiguous problems, working with data to uncover insights, and creating appropriate presentations.
• Ability to take initiative, build productive relationships, and influence all levels of employees/partners.
• A passion for working globally with Associate Leads to drive productivity and operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and supervision for a team that supports multiple customers.
• Interact with internal/external Staffing Partners on selection of and ongoing performance of temporary reports.
• Lead projects rooted in the hiring space at a regional or global level.
• Manage team metrics, load balancing, productivity benchmarks, and service level agreements across the team.
• Create and sustain a positive team environment.
